Tuesday evening we had the pleasure of joining Jayz in Brooklyn. Last night’s lineup ripped through spot appearances from Hov plus Nas, Usher, Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and the Queen Herself. “Beyoncé
The Biggest HighLight for me was when Atlanta’s own TI brought my boys from Money & Violence on stage. They annouced they are now officaily with Tidal.
DJ Cipha Sounds was in the building doing his part. “Y’all sounding like the new Brooklyn,” he shouted, Where the old Brooklyn at?!” And then he dropped “Hypnotize” to great delight from the crowd.
Major highlight for me was when Usher and Nas came out to debut a political number called “Chains”;
The Queen Beyoncé came out and absolutely murdereddddddd it, and did so selflessly. On “Feeling Myself,” she elevated Nicki’s game just by standing pretty. On “Holy Grail,” she did the hook, beautifully. She got on her knees woiee , she twirled her hair; without a mic, she slautherd every word.
She was the hype man for her husband set and she brought the hype. The couple slid of stage, with Jay looking at his lady like world look out for another Blue Ivy lol.
